What CompanyPing is

CompanyPing is an independent business deadline monitoring and reminder service. It is not affiliated with Companies House, HMRC or the UK Government, and is not an accountant, tax adviser, solicitor or company secretary.

Your responsibilities

CompanyPing does not prepare or file your accounts or confirmation statement, and does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice. You remain responsible for checking your official records and meeting your legal and tax obligations. CompanyPing cannot guarantee you will never receive a fine or penalty.

Subscriptions

The Pro plan is billed annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your settings at any time.

Data accuracy

Company information is retrieved from publicly available Companies House data and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete. Always check your official Companies House record.

Service reliability and no liability

CompanyPing is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We rely on third-party services (including Companies House and email providers) that are outside our control, and from time to time reminders, notifications or syncs may be delayed, fail to arrive, or not be sent at all — for example due to technical issues, maintenance, outages, or emails being filtered as spam.

You remain solely responsible for meeting your filing deadlines and for ensuring your accounts, confirmation statements and any other obligations are filed on time. We do not accept any liability for any fine, penalty, loss or damage arising from a missed or late filing, even where a reminder or notification was not sent or delivered due to a technical issue on our part. You should not rely solely on CompanyPing and should keep your own records and diary of upcoming deadlines.
